SERVICE AGREEMENT _________SEASON
1. I hereby confirm application for___________________________________#___________ booking to ____________________ #_______________________ upon the following terms and conditions.
2. The service fee is $ _______. $100 non-refundable booking fee included
3. A live foal guarantee exists up to 24 hours of age.
*If live insurable foal does not eventuate a free return will be given
4. *A free return will be given if a manual pregnancy test proves negative 42 days after service. Veterinary certificate required.
5. The live foal guarantee does not apply :
(a) if the mare is sold, exported or dies.
(b) proof of foal death from veterinarian is not provided
6. The stud reserves the right to refuse any mare.
7. Mare must be halter broke, be able to stand and be covered and have veterinary certification proving mare is free of disease or infection and copy of registration papers .
8. Any vet cost incured by said mare at owner's expense payable upon upliftment.
9. Boarding charges are $_______per day payable upon upliftment.
10. The stud has the owners permission to employ veterinary assistance if necessary and administer any remedy on vets discretion reasonably required
11. In the event mare does not settle, owner is responsible for any vet costs to check fertility. If said mare does not settle calendar year or following year no refund shall be given. If owner wishes to substitute mare in re bred must be approved by Stud owner.
12. If for any reason said stallion can not full fill commitment, then fees minus booking, boarding and vet cost will be refunded.
13. All stock under the stud’s care are run at owners risk.
14. All remaining fees must be paid upon upliftment of mare, unless otherwise stated.
15. Mare Owner assumes responsibility for AQHA/APHA/ApHC association documents, registration fees, and DNA typing needed for mare and/or resulting foal.
*re breed does not include vet and board costs.
