Hicrest Shamrock

Hicrest Shamrock  Hicrest King Jess x Robins Plain Jane(Shami)
It all started with Shami, our mare that is Hicrest King bred and not registered to do circumstances beyond our control. She is a bull dog type mare who throws babies above and beyond herself. Her and her half brother Jesse are the reason we hunted down registered horses of the same breeding. By all rights they should be but aren't. Everyone knows papers means more money, except in rodeo horses. Our star barrel horse
Ty  is by her and is her second baby. Shami knows how to make babies. We wanted registered stock. Had beautiful black filly in '07, Elektra out of Style. Gorgeous Appy baby in '08. Apollo.

Munez Fancy Nancy

Munez Fancy Nancy  Brinks Leo Hickory x Hicrest Jessica (Fancy) In Foal to Frenchmans Jazzy Guy for 2010 foal.
We discovered Fancy in Indiana miles away from the Hi Desert where she originated. We bought her watching a video. Deciding she had the King look we wanted. She has big jaws, beautiful head, sloping shoulder, nice round hips with high croup, and she was black. Sierra always wanted a black horse. Her weanling colt was also for sale. (Stylin Beau Jesse). We decided to buy him too. If he didn't work out we'd resell him. She was in foal back to Stylin Beau for 2004 foal.  As Style grew and didn't have any of her flaws, we knew she would do. '07 foal by Geneo JJ who has $3,000,000 in progeny earnings.  Full blooded brother to Style Doc's King Leo San is a year older and great horse just like him.

Wager on Dasher

Wager On Dasher  Streaking Dash x Easy Wager (Athena)
Now to find a Desieto bred mare. We searched high and low trying to find Desierto bred stud to breed to Fancy but no such luck. So we went looking for a mare. We found one in Southern Oregon. She is an ex race horse with great breeding. She is a great granddaughter of Streakin Six, Dash for Cash, Easy Jet, and most importantly Desierto. With some Go Man Go. Nice big mare with big bone size, sloping shoulder nice round hip with the high croup, short back and long undercarriage. She was in foal to Heza Motor Scooter. She lost that baby at seven months due to unbilical cord strangulation. Her rebreed was unsuccessful, so we brought her home and bred her to our 2 year old Stud colt Style and the rest is history.

Fleet Dreams

Fleet Dreams Jusin Dreams x Majors Fleet Deer (Mandi) In Foal to Kings Firestarter for 2010 Foal
Given to us by family friend, this mare turned out to be sisters barrel horse. She won saddle, numerous buckles, and around $1000 at local barrel racing.  Also excelled in Poles and Figure 8. Chased cows also. Versatile horse.  She is well bred, great grand daughter of Go Man Go, traces back to King through Royal King, and Poco Bernice.  Sugar bars on top side. Her dam is an NRHA money winning producer, AQHA point earner producer, AQHA world show qualier producer. Sire IBRA Halter champ.  AQHA Point earner and producer in heading, heeling.
She is small 14 hands, but a real runner winning buckles and money in barrels and poles. She is now retired. '06 foal and '08 foal by Style sold to Morgan Flint.

Opies Jade

Opies Jade  In Foal to Kings Firestarter for 2010 foal.
A new addition to our brood mare band, Jade, is a royally bred cow mare. Doc Bar and Peppy San Badger on her papers!! She has little race breeding on the bottom, half brother to Desierto, Bar Tonto Jr, and The Ole Man AQHA legend in his own right.  With the horse economy like it is and she's not sound to ride, she was a steal!  Her '09 baby out of Style gorgeous sorrel chromed filly.  Can't wait to cut on her.

Nike Dreams

Nike Dreams
Nike was an accident baby. Her dam Fleet Dreams was covered by one of our late yearling colts before we gelded them seven years ago.  She was going to be my barrel horse, but she injured her hocks in the fence.  She is now my riding horse and will be a momma in the future.  Heavy foundation breeding.
